    Shipping policy

    Shipping destinations:

    • We ship both locally and worldwide.

     

    Shipping times:

    • Domestic orders take  3 to 7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 24/48 business hour.
    • International orders take 10 to 30 business days to be delivered by the standard method, express 5 to 10 days, container 15 to 60 depending on the location and we ship within 24/48 business hours.
    • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

     

    Shipping cost:

    • Depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 
    • The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations in your country. Orders shipped from outside the United States, United Kington, Brazil, China or Hong Kong may be subject to import fees, customs fees, approval fees and any other additional charges for customs clearance when the order arrives in the country, which must be paid by the recipient. Amiinu has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their value. Also, note that customs clearance procedures are considered, there may be delays beyond our estimate of the original delivery time. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES

    • The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations in your country. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, approval fees and any other additional customs clearance charges when the order arrives in the country, which must be paid by the recipient. Products of this nature that require the collection of taxes determined by the country of destination cannot be returned or refunded. Amiinu has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their value.

    Also, please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond the original delivery time estimate may occur. Who will determine the release of entry of the item, return, loss or destruction will be the competent body of each country of destination.

    AMIINU is exempt from any liability when the law is applied by the supervisory bodies.

    When importing in case of strikes by airlines, maritime containers or land transport, your order cannot be canceled or refunded and must wait until the resumption of activities.
