You have 30 days after receipt to express your dissatisfaction with the product. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
To make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, with the seal intact, with all accessories and invoice.
To make the return, contact us (support@amiinu.com) and state the reasons for the exchange in the email.
We do not assume freight costs in case of;
* Return for not wanting the product purchased now in our e-commerce without any error on our part.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has parts missing, not due to any error on our part and oem products
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not assume shipping costs or reimbursement in case of;
- The recipient does not want to pay taxes in his confiscated country.
- Return for not wanting the product purchased now in our e-commerce without any error on our part or with wrong address.
- Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or with missing parts, is not due to any error on our part.
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
- Any product that was stopped at customs due to lack of documentation or that was retained by the authorities
- Battery dead or replaceable and oem products

- The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations in their country. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, approval fees and any other additional customs clearance charges once the order arrives in the country, which must be paid by the recipient. Products of this nature that require the payment of taxes determined by the country of destination cannot be returned or refunded. Amiinu has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their value.
Also, please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond the original delivery time estimate may occur. Who will determine the release of entry of the item, return, loss or destruction will be the competent body of each country of destination.
AMIINU is exempt from any liability when the law is applied by the supervisory bodies.
When importing in the event of a strike by airlines, maritime containers or land transport, your order cannot be canceled or refunded and must wait until the resumption of activities.
Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return item has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method for the purchase within 30 days.
Refund delayed or not received (where applicable)
If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a while for the refund to clear.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before initiating a refund.

Goods on offer (where applicable)
You can only request a refund for regular priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the products on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email support@amiinu.com.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the person who gave it sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested the return.
